FAVIGNANA - VILLA SUNSET ON THE SEA - MIA APARTAMENTS ROME

Welcome to your exclusive retreat on the southern coast of Favignana. This 120-square-meter villa is not just a home, but a private balcony overlooking the sea, where every evening the sun dips into the water, offering an unforgettable spectacle right from your veranda.

The villa is designed for comfort and privacy, with a versatile layout:

Sleeping Area: Two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for maximum independence.

Living Area: A bright room overlooking the veranda, furnished with a comfortable marina bed (perfect for a fifth guest).

Dining Area: A dedicated dining room, served by a third adjacent bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully equipped to handle lunches and dinners for five.

Flexible Solution: The villa is perfect for five people, but we offer discounted rates for groups of two or three guests who wish to use just one bedroom and keep the other closed, while still maintaining access to all the other spaces in the house.

Sea Access: A natural path will take you in just a few minutes to the crystal-clear waters of the south coast (just a few hundred meters away).

Amenities: The town center is approximately 3 km away, while the famous "Subbaqqueria" dive site is just 2 km away.

Linens: We provide complete bed linen and towels with a weekly change included. Any additional changes can be arranged upon arrival. Access: Out of fairness to our guests, we would like to point out that the last stretch of access to the villa (approximately 80 meters) is a bumpy dirt road due to local planning restrictions. This is nothing a careful driver can't handle, but we prefer you know this in advance! It's the ideal choice for those seeking the true essence of Favignana: silence, the sound of the sea, and a breathtaking view, away from the chaos yet within easy reach of everything.
